Armor-Pro are here to enforce quality processes over your China manufacturers ensuring they deliver only the highest quality engineering components. We will work with you in developing a custom quality assurance (QA) programme for implementation over the China component manufacturing process. Once the quality assurance specification has been developed, our quality assurance agents will implement and monitor your components over the course of the manufacturing process in accordance to the agreed methodology. A tailored QA programme can be offered upon request. From ISO 9001:2000 QMS checks, independent audits through to full quality assurance programmes are available.

Our team will check that the engineering manufacturers (including sub suppliers) are capable of producing the conforming engineering component. The production control plan and quality management system that Armor-Pro will develop will prevent non-conforming components reaching our clients or compromising your finished products. The QA programme features an inspection procedure form (IMF) which details your components specifications, allowances, testing requirements and packing/shipping details. This is then approved as the set standard, by you, our client. Pre-shipment inspection services, QC Inspection procedure and the action in the event of a problem will be based on commonly used US Military AQL random sampling and minimal failure rate standards, unless predefined by the client. In the event of a failed inspection a five step corrective action will be initiated ensuring the issues are resolved while minimise the risk of reoccurrence.
