1. Product design, specification gathering for RFQ
We will require a current product technical drawing detailing measurements, treatments, material grades, and colours. If the product has multiple components then we will require separate drawings for these. To ensure we can get more than one quote it would be beneficial if you could also provide us with three samples of the product. A specification on the assembly process will also be desired. If your product is at the early stages of product development then we have partners who will be more than happy to assist you to bring your idea from concept through to technical drawings.

The QA programme features an Inspection Procedure form which details your product's specifications, allowances, testing requirements and packing/shipping details. Pre-shipment inspection services, QC Inspection procedure and the action in the event of a problem will be based on commonly used US Military AQL random sampling and minimal failure rate standards, unless predefined by the client. In the event of a failed inspection a five step corrective action will be initiated.
